Kendra knows and loves everything real estate, especially in the community of Cochrane.

She moved to Cochrane in 2009 not knowing a single person in town and has quickly grown her business to become one of CIR Realty’s leading agents.

She has been voted by the public as “Cochrane’s Best Realtor” 6 years in a row and has won numerous industry awards for her philanthropy, customer service and sales production.

After attending both University of Lethbridge and University of Alberta, Kendra’s BA in Psychology led her to work in the Criminal Justice world and she later became the Director of Family and Community Support Services.

Kendra recognized the challenges of housing in our changing economy, leading her to move into the mortgage industry. It was a natural progression to Real Estate Agent where her extensive network of industry professionals and community groups made her a trusted advisor to all her clients.

In 2018 she was recognized by the Court of Queen’s Bench as a Cochrane Real Estate Expert and strives to uphold the integrity of the industry by serving her clients with the utmost respect, professionalism, and expertise. She is consistently providing her clients with a stress free experience and extraordinary customer service by guiding them through every step of the process.

As a Certified Negotiation Expert® (CNE) as well as a Seller Representative Specialist® (SRS), her expertise and adaptability combine to make her an exceptional REALTOR® that her clients return to again and again. Also having extensive knowledge of the Edmonton region recently led Kendra to become a licensed REALTOR® with the Realtors Association of Edmonton.

Kendra is a farm girl from SW Manitoba and has a natural calling to the outdoors and to assisting community and charity groups in unique and creative ways. She is often fostering animals through the local shelter and is a financial supporter of the Cochrane & Area Humane Society and the Ronald McDonald House Charities. When Kendra finds some free time she loves traveling, camping and spending time with her dogs. Kendra loves to keep active and once her clients are taken care of, you can often find her snowboarding, boxing, or riding her motorbike out to the mountains.
